Broocks is exceptional. I'm not sure how I ever thought I could sell the house myself. A friend referred her to me, and I was right in trusting his suggestion the first time we met. She is professional, and doesn't miss a thing - even designed marketing for the house and online, hosted an open house, followed up with other agents. Because of what she did, we were under contract in only a few days at the price I wanted. If there were a way to get more than five stars on a review, Broocks would get them! She did an amazing job helping us buy a house in Winston-Salem despite the additional difficulty presented by my wife and I living halfway across the country at the time.
